Before our project :
- Directly clampe the original paper to frame rail by car on the corrugated board prodution line , the vehicle loss is high .
- The base paper rolls on the track cause high breakage rate .
- The car can go directly into the workshop , there is hidden safety problem of the tile operator .
- The finished cardboard warehouse is operated by manual forklift cause the turnover rate is low .
- The cardboard are easily damaged when it is dragged , and the loading efficiency is low .
- The forklift shuttles back and forth in the workshop , hidden dangers in the safety of the operators .
Implementation plan :
- Installed with raw paper conveying logistics on the corrugated board production .
- Installed whole plant intelligent cardboard logistics on finished product warehouse .
Implementation effect :
- The 2.8 meter width corrugated board production line adopts a full turntable raw paper logistics to realize
the full-automatic paper-feeding function ; the intelligence level is improved and the labor intensity of the
operator is greatly reduced .
- The paper feeding loss is reduced by 20% , the damage loss of the base paper during transportation is reduced by 90% .
- The paper conveys the car away from the operation area of the production line , the safety problems of the production
line operators are solved .
- The utilization rate of the finished product warehouse is improved , and the finished product is placed in the warehouse
position in accordance with the requirements for corrugated cardboard storage .
- The finished product loading efficiency is increased by 30% .
- The forklift did not enter the workshop again , the safety problem was solved .
