Retracting plate chain

 1 . Convey remaining base paper roll ;

 2. China conveying , with chain plate width : B=55mm , chain plate length : B=250mm, panel thickness: S=8mm ;

 3. A V-shaped chain plate at a forming angle of 170 degree machined for easy convey of paper rolls ;

 4. The bearing installed in conveyor chain roller is operating flexibly , and chain roller will be lubricated by grease inside the cavity , 

     and by straight forced filling oil cup outsides . It is required to check the oil left in oil cup regularly ( 1 week) 

 5. Heavy-duty steel frame is subject to unit design. The drive by helical gear reducer will be required ;

 6. Conveyor functions with ground tension for convenient operation ;

 7. Chain plate conveyor is set up with ground-embedded structure , and compact footprint will not affect other operations in the workplace ;

8. Drive parts in the front and rear will be equipped with a 8mm thick steel plate as access lid which will be easily assembled and disassembled ;

9. Holding forklift will pass through the middle part when chain plate conveyor is stopped .
