    installation and maintenance, no additional power energy as well as lower costs 

8. Invisible pneumatic buffer stopper (optional) will prevent the roll from being easily damaged

9. Plastic chain conveyor (optional) features simpler structure, easier maintenance and lower cost

10. Auto base paper roll conveyor (optional) could save manpower and improve efficiency

11. Full-auto base paper holder, if any, can be used to feed, center and unload base paper roll automatically .

7. Paper unloading conveying time: according to the distance between the center of base paper holder and retracting trolley stop location, 

    generally about 22s (a distance of 6m)

8. Paper retracting conveying time: it varies according to the length of chain conveyor, generally about 6-7min (a distance of 6m, the length of 72m)

9. Operator requirements: 3-5 persons, 2-3 persons (auto base paper roll convey)

2. One-time bending formation by steel sheet, other than welding by ordinary section steel, with more stable structure
